Vice President, National Sales & Commercial, Transat Tours Canada.

“     I worked directly with Isabelle for more than 15 years and can attest that she is a very talented individual. She consistently proved herself to be a team player, a loyal co-worker and a competent manager.

Isabelle has a vast amount of experience with wholesale tour European products and destinations. She is a skilled product buyer and product trainer. Always passionate, Isabelle is highly knowledgeable and brings “life” to both products and destinations alike.

I personally have participated in Isabelle’s trainings (both French and English) many times. She is extremely competent and comfortable when training in English and is easily understood. Simply put, should you employ Isabelle there is no need for concern regarding her English language skills and training/teaching capability. ”

The French Consulate in Montreal was the setting for an event that brought together Transat’s top brass and other major players in the world of tourism. They were all there to pay tribute and congratulate one of their greatest collaborators, Isabelle Sparer, Transat Holidays’ Director of European Products and leading Europe expert.

Yesterday, Isabelle Sparer received the Medal of Tourism for France from Jacqueline Dillmann-Faure, Director General of Maison de la France in Canada. This medal is awarded to persons who have distinguished themselves by contributing to the development of tourism in France.

After a word of welcome by Gérard Serre, Consul-General of France, Jacqueline Dillmann-Faure paid a heart warming tribute to Isabelle Sparer, praising her for her professional and human qualities, before conferring on her the beautiful silver medal on a brilliant blue ribbon “by virtue of the powers invested in me”.
